(OLD) HDA Pipe Tool for Houdini Engine WIP

A work-in-progress Houdini HDA tool for the senior capstone game. The HDA will be implemented into Unreal Engine 5 to allow procedural generation of large numbers of pipes throughout level layouts, along with adjustable parameters. Will be updated as I push it through our pipeline and fully incorporate it into the project.
